The group Muza from Gipuzkoa has presented the single ‘Gezur mila’, which deals with what it means to be immersed in social networks and their influence on people. “That distorted reality” is not only recorded in the lyrics of the song, but also reflected in the image through the smoke. The song can already be heard on digital platforms.

“The alter ego created here is real, proportional to what we transmit. We sell smoke by looking for our prominence in those networks. In fact, this unfiltered reality that we live in seems to have lost its value in the face of this false parallel world. We move under the influence of likes, and success and self-esteem depend on pure numbers,” the group said.

Now, they will begin the tour that will start in the summer and continue in the fall. They will be at the Santa Ana Festival in Soraluz on July 24th, then at the Youth Day in Elgoibar together with Su ta Gar and on September 15th, alone on stage, in the San Agustin space in Azpeitia. For now, the last confirmed date is October 13, together with Urnietan, Sarobe and Ithaka.

The trio formed by Ruben Irigoyen (drums), Joanes Iñurreta (guitar and voice) and Aitor Sagarmendi (bass). The first two created it while they were in other bands. In 2020, he joined the Sagarmendi group when moving to the rehearsal space in Elgoibar and, a year later, they released their first work, called ‘Programaturik’.

In January 2023, the group presented their second studio work, ‘Wins and losses’, a four-song EP. The trio will continue on the path of progressive rock, but this time, playing with touches of metal or pop.
