jpnn.com – JAKARTA – FiFA President Gianni Infantino watched live the Indonesia vs Guinea U-23 national team match in the 2024 Olympic play-off match at the Stade Pierre Pibarot, France, Thursday (9/5) evening WIB.
Gianni Infantino expressed his message to Indonesian football fans after the defeat of the Indonesian U-23 National Team in that match.
“My message to everyone in the football-loving country of Indonesia is to be proud of your team and continue to support them with the same enthusiasm because they are moving in the right direction,” said Gianni via his account on Instagram: @gianni_infantino, quoted in Jakarta, Thursday.

Gianni said that he had watched Shin Tae-yong’s squad play directly at Clairefontaine, Paris.
According to him, the Indonesian national team failed in the historic qualification for the Olympics by a very narrow margin (0-1).
However, Garuda Muda’s performance has developed in a good direction, so Gianni invited supporters to continue providing support with the same enthusiasm.
