Narayanan Swamy’s Anticipatory Bail Plea Rejected in Sabarimala Ponnambalamet Trespassing Case

Pathanamthitta: The court rejected the anticipatory bail plea filed by Narayanan Swamy, the first accused in the case of trespassing and illegally performing puja at Sabarimala Ponnambalamet. The court considered the crime to be serious.

Narayana Swamy first entered Tamil Nadu and then Delhi, but the police could not catch him. Moozhiyar Police and Periyar Tiger Reserve West Division Forest Station are investigating the case.

The incident related to the case took place on May 8. Five people were arrested in connection with the case. It is indicated that there are a total of 11 accused. The forest guards said that most of those arrested are natives of Tamil Nadu.
