Astronauts Nicole Mann and Koichi Wakata have returned to the ISS after their spacewalk, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) said.

They reportedly carried out scheduled work outside the ISS for 7 hours. In particular, they prepared equipment for the future installation of new iRosa retractable solar antennas.

NASA will begin upgrading the ISS solar power system in 2021. As a result of the work, the potential of the ISS to generate electricity will increase by 30%, and the total power available at the station will increase from 160 to 215 kilowatts.
