jpnn.comJAKARTA – The Regional Leadership Council (DPW) of the DKI Jakarta NasDem Party has come up with three names that could potentially be put forward in the 2024 DKI Jakarta Governor Election.
DKI Jakarta NasDem Party DPW Secretary Wibi Andrino said the three names were Deputy Deputy Commissioner Ahmad Sahroni, DPP Chair Okky Asokawati, and himself.
“So far, we have the names of Mr. Ahmad Sahroni, Ms. Okky Asokawati, and my own name,” said Wibi when contacted, Thursday (14/3).
Even so, according to Wibi, the main name that will most likely be carried is Sahroni.
“Indeed, the strongest discourse today is Bang Ahmad Sahroni to run for the DKI gubernatorial election,” he said.
These names emerged based on suggestions from the Branch Leadership Council (DPC), DPW, and DKI Jakarta DPRD.
However, the name could change considering further dynamics after the plenary decision by the Indonesian KPU.
Meanwhile, Wibi said that Sahroni admitted that he was ready to fight to get the number one seat in Jakarta.
