Nasser al-Khelaïfi is in the sights of justice after a complaint from his former butler. Hicham Karmoussi filed a complaint in Paris against the boss of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in particular for “hidden work” and “harassment”. In this simple complaint, of which Agence France-Presse (AFP) became aware, the 48-year-old Moroccan denounces concealed work, employment as a foreigner without a work permit, moral harassment, violence psychological threats, and working conditions contrary to human dignity.
“Hicham Karmoussi has, for years, worked without a contract or a residence permit for Mr. al-Khelaïfi and at an unsustainable pace,” his lawyer, Mr.e Antoine Ory. For a source close to the PSG boss, Hicham Karmoussi is a “criminal” who “in recent weeks has tried to blackmail” Nasser al-Khelaïfi. The latter had declared to The Team in the fall: “Justice will make its way, I don’t have time to talk about these insignificant professional criminals. »
“It’s a non-event, it’s part of the desire, since Nasser al-Khelaïfi is someone known, to create buzz to try to obtain undue advantages”, also reacted Mes Renaud Semerdjian and Francis Szpiner, lawyers for the president of PSG, threatening legal action in the event of “disclosure of information on the private life” of their client or third parties.
He would have “cleaned the house” of “NAK” before a search
Former professional tennis player like Nasser al-Khelaïfi, Hicham Karmoussi claims to have started in the mid-2000s to assist “NAK”, then to have worked for him “full-time” from 2011, the year his boss arrived. at the head of PSG. All without a work contract and residing at home.
His working and living conditions with Nasser al-Khelaïfi “deteriorated” from 2015, he says again. After a first serious personal event affecting “NAK”, Hicham Karmoussi would have liked to resign, without succeeding.
He also and above all affirms that on October 12, 2017, during the search at the request of the Swiss judicial authorities of the headquarters of beIN Sports in Boulogne-Billancourt in the investigation into obtaining media rights for the 2026 and 2030 Football World Cups , Nasser al-Khelaïfi asked him to “clean the house” urgently in order to hide any evidence of violations.
Hicham Karmoussi would then have “kept” at the request of his boss several media, including “a USB key containing numerous contracts concluded” with Jérôme Valcke, the former secretary general of Fifa, and “burned the rest of the documents”. “NAK” would have finally agreed to get him a contract in due form between 2018 and 2020, according to the complaint.

Hicham Karmoussi has already been heard as a witness in the investigation into the conditions for awarding the 2022 World Cup. According to his lawyer Me Antoine Ory, he was not heard in the investigation into confidential leaks around PSG, in which several former PSG employees or former relatives of Nasser al-Khelaïfi, now in conflict with him, were put in examination in 2022.
A preliminary investigation for concealed work has also targeted PSG and Nasser al-Khelaïfi since mid-January after a complaint was filed according to The Team et The world by another former adviser.
