The Buenos Aires-La Plata highway was freed after being interrupted for more than 5 hours. The residents of the town of Avellaneda cut off the circulation of vehicles to complain about the lack of electricity in the area.
The cut was complete on the side that headed to La Plata, forcing the vehicles to go down the May 25 descent. In the case of the lanes towards the City of Buenos Aires, the picket was on the Dock Sud climb.

Currently, according to the website of the National Electricity Regulatory Entity (ENR), in the Avellaneda area under the Edesur concession there are 1,347 users without service.
Around 6 p.m., the protesters freed some lanes and traffic began to move slowly. After 8 p.m., AUBASA indicated that traffic had already been normalized.
