The management of the 13 network has seen many staff upheavals in recent months, culminating in the departure of CEO Avi Ben-Tal about three months ago. And abroad.

Meir Kotler, a well-known director of creators and talents in Israel, with many years of experience in the television and culture industry, and the founder of one of the largest and leading creative and artistic representation and management agencies in the country. In doing so, he has led projects in all areas of culture – television, music and theater. Kotler is known as the initiator, initiated many moves and made a significant contribution to the successes of dramas, comedies, documentaries, reality shows, amusements and more.

Over the years, Kotler has established deep and branching relationships with leading creators and talents, production houses and broadcasters, and is considered one of the most involved and influential figures in the Israeli cultural industry. He was previously a producer and owner of Kotler-Asher Productions Ltd., a leading production and organizing company in the Israeli music industry.

The content arm in Israel and abroad is a new arm in Network 13. Its purpose and goal is to deepen the original work in Israel and provide a warm home for creators, while fully cooperating and strengthening the connection of Network 13 with its partners – Discovery Group and Warner Media + leading brands + CNN, HBO, HBO and the Access Media and Entertainment Group.
