partnership New-Med Energy (For DLC Drilling) under control Delek Group , joins the London Stock Exchange through a reverse merger with a public company, whose shares are traded there. The move is being made after New-Med Energy tried for a year and a half to lead a complicated legal process to convert it from a partnership to a limited company, for the purpose of issuing shares on the London Stock Exchange.

New-Med Energy owns about 45% of the Leviathan natural gas reservoir, as well as the Aphrodite natural gas reservoir, which is in the economic waters of Cyprus. After the completion of the merger, the management of New-Med Energy, headed by CEO Yossi Abu, is expected to continue to lead the merged company.
