Meditation apps have risen in popularity in the wake of the pandemic, as millions of people searched for ways to recover from the stress of the period.

Within this report, Business Insider revealed a group of the most prominent meditation applications available through various electronic application stores for Apple and Android devices.

Among the most prominent applications available for meditation, the list included an application called Insight Timer, which is distinguished by the fact that it provides free meditation programs and psychological recovery exercises, unlike the majority of meditation applications that provide training and recovery programs for a periodic subscription.

The application provides several features to its user, including an alert for the number of days and weeks the user spent in the meditation process, and through it the ability to send motivational messages is available to strengthen self-confidence and raise the degree of optimism throughout the day.

One of the distinctive applications specialized in recovery and meditation training is the Mindfulness Coach application, which is available for free, and the most prominent feature of it is that the United States Veterans Division launched this application, to help soldiers and officers who left military service to recover psychologically after years of working under pressure.

Among the list is another app called Ten Percent Happier, an app based on the psychological recovery book of the same name, developed by coach Dan Harris, and this meditation training app is available for an annual subscription of $99.99 per person.
