After the ongoing T20 World Cup cricket series in Australia, the Indian team will tour New Zealand and then Bangladesh to play T20, ODI and Test series. In this regard, the BCCI announced the 4-way Indian squad for the tour of New Zealand and Bangladesh yesterday.
Tour of New Zealand
India will play 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is against New Zealand. The T20 series will start on November 18 and the ODI series will start on November 25. Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Ashwin, Dinesh Karthik, Mohammed Shami and others have been rested for the New Zealand tour considering the workload. As a result, many young players who are waiting for a chance in the Indian team have been given another chance in the team for this New Zealand series. The Indian team will be led by Shikhar Dhawan in the ODI series against New Zealand and Hardik Pandya in the T20I series.

Bangladesh tour
After the New Zealand tour, the Indian team will travel to Bangladesh to participate in 3 ODIs and 2 Tests. The ODI series starts on December 4 and the Test series on December 14. Captain Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul and others who were rested in the New Zealand series will play in the Bangladesh series. All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who was ruled out of the T20 World Cup due to injury, will return to the squad for the Bangladesh series.
