New Delhi : Night curfew in Delhi as Kovid cases rise again (Night Curfew) By the Arvind Kejriwal government. The curfew is from 11pm to 5am.
Kovid cases have been on the rise in the capital for the past few days. The Delhi government has re-introduced the night curfew as a precautionary measure.

Today, 290 people have been diagnosed with the disease. One death and 120 people were cured of the disease. With this, the current number of cases in the capital rose to 1103.
The Delhi government had earlier started canceling several public functions in the wake of the Omikron scare and Kovid cases. The Delhi government had postponed the screening of a play about Baba Saheb Ambedkar scheduled for January 5.

Apart from Delhi, the governments of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and Karnataka have also re-imposed night curfew.
