Nintendo, a famous game production company from Japan, is preparing to launch a gaming console like the Switch 2 soon. Many specs have now leaked out. Along with targeting sales of up to 10 million devices this year, according to reports from both Omdia analyst Hiroshi Hayase and Bloomberg reporter Takashi Mochizuki, who shared insights about the device.

According to the information, the Switch 2 will come with an 8-inch LCD screen. It appears that Nintendo is aiming to sell as many as 10 million units by 2024, which is a fairly high number. Compared to competitors like Sony’s PS5 and Microsoft’s Xbox Series X/S, production was hampered by a chip shortage at launch.
The report also says that the Switch 2 initially won’t have an OLED screen version, but there’s hope in the future.
Various specifications of the Switch 2 are expected to use the Nvidia Tegra 239 chip along with 8GB of RAM, have a capacity of 64GB and can play games at 1080p resolution, supports Ray Tracing. The price is expected to be 399 dollars or about 14,200 baht.
