New Delhi ∙ Saina Nehwal has withdrawn from the selection trials of the Indian team for the Asian Mixed Team Badminton Championship. Only Lakshya Sen, HS Prannoy, PV Sindhu and the Satwiksairaj Rankireddy – Chirag Shetty doubles combination got a direct entry into the Indian team for the tournament starting on February 14 in Dubai. The rest have to get a place in the team through selection trials.
