According to the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Hrachya Rostomyan, the defeats of the Armenian football team are worrying, the results are not satisfactory, and the problems are diverse.
“Every problem that starts to concern us, we will deal with it, regardless of whether it is football, wrestling or weightlifting,” said Hrachya Rostomyan, referring to the last two matches of the Armenian football team after the cabinet session, adding that they are concerned and already they will start discussions on that issue.
The minister said that they will invite real football experts and start discussions.
Referring to the prime minister’s recommendation regarding redistributing the money, Rostomyan said that there are various public organizations whose financing efficiency should be studied and final results should be given.
“Those SNOCs, sports schools that do not have bases, that is, they do not have a hall to train, should be enlarged and regrouped. If we have been instructed to study, then we will study and respond,” said the minister, while noting that there are NOCs whose functions are repeated, they will also be enlarged.
