Experion Holdings Pte Ltd is a Singapore real estate company. One of its subsidiary units is Experion Developers. The office of this company is in Gurgaon. Its projects have also been launched there. It has announced the strategic acquisition of a prime land parcel in Sector 45, Noida. The company says that this will be a premium real estate project which will be completely FDI funded.
Three and four BHK units
Nagarjuna Routhu, CEO of Experian Developers, says that the land parcel on which the luxury housing project is being prepared in Sector 45 of Noida is spread over 4.7 acres. There is a wide road on both sides of this land parcel. There are preparations to build 3 BHK++ and 4 BHK++ units on it. According to him, all the residential units will have luxury amenities which will be suitable for modern lifestyle. The company says that this entire project will have state of the art VRV/VRF air conditioning system installed which will be energy efficient. There are preparations to build two towers in it. Information regarding the price of the company’s flat etc. has not been revealed yet.
Noida is becoming a destination for luxury projects
Noida is currently becoming a destination for luxury projects. Max Estates has already announced its first luxury residential project in Sector 128, Noida. It had made sales of more than Rs 1800 crore in pre-launch itself. Apart from this, County Group has also launched a luxury housing project in Sector 115 of Noida. Gurgaon-based company M3M has also launched a luxury housing project in Noida.
