The incident happened around 3 pm today. The accident took place when the students were boarding a private bus at the bus stop. The speeding car from Kollam side lost control and hit the back of the bus and then rammed into the students who were standing there.

The deceased have been identified as Saji from Palakkad and Sreejith from Alappuzha. Two people were admitted to the General Hospital with serious injuries.
