At the invitation of the House of Councilors of the Japanese Parliament, a delegation of the National People’s Congress (NPC) headed by Vice Chairman, Executive Secretary of the NPC Standing Committee Li Jianguo left Beijing for Japan on a friendly visit this morning. During the trip, the delegation will also take part in the 5th meeting within the framework of the mechanism of regular exchanges between the NPC and the House of Councilors of Japan.
