NSO, the technology company known for its development of cyber and espionage software, is making a significant move. After operating from an office complex in Herzliya Pituach since 2015, NSO is set to move to the new complex of Allied and Big Bagillot. The company, which gained notoriety in the wake of the international Pegasus affair, has chosen to relocate to a new and larger space that will accommodate future growth and provide modern facilities for its employees.

The move comes as part of the company’s reorganization efforts following the Pegasus affair and a change in leadership. In an interview, NSO’s CEO, Yaron Shohat, spoke about the company’s crisis a year and a half ago and the subsequent reorganization that led to a reduction in the number of employees and office space. This created the need for a new office complex that better suits the company’s current needs and supports potential future growth.

The new complex, located between Tel Aviv and Ramat Hasharon, offers NSO a significant amount of space, with the company set to occupy approximately 7,500 square meters on the top four floors of the employment tower being built in the Gilolit complex. With a ten-year lease and an option for another ten years, the new offices will provide ample space for the company’s 400 employees in Israel.

The move to the Allied and Big Bagillot complex is also seen as an opportunity for NSO to be part of the area’s rapid development, which includes other major companies and commercial spaces being built nearby. In addition to addressing the company’s current needs, the new complex offers advantages such as improved access for employees commuting from Tel Aviv, Sharon, and the north, as well as ample parking space, which is a significant advantage compared to other new towers in the area.

With NSO’s decision to relocate, the company is signaling a new chapter following a challenging period, positioning itself for growth and sustainability in the years to come. The move to the Allied and Big Bagillot complex is expected to mark a new era for NSO and provide a more modern and upgraded environment for its employees.
