East Harlem Shooting Injures Three, Child Sustains Minor Fall Injuries

A shooting in East Harlem on Thursday night left three individuals injured, according to the New York City Police Department. The incident, which occurred just before 9 p.m., is currently under investigation with no arrests made.

A 36-year-old man, also with a gunshot wound to the right leg, received treatment at Lincoln Hospital, also listed in stable condition.

In a separate, but related incident at the scene, a 3-year-old child was transported to Lincoln Hospital after sustaining minor injuries in a fall. A witness reported the child was walking with his parents in the neighborhood when the fall occurred.

Ongoing Investigation and Lack of Suspect Information

As of Friday morning, police have not made any arrests in connection with the shooting. The identity of the attacker remains unknown, and investigators are actively pursuing leads. “The investigation remains ongoing,” a police spokesperson stated.
