Six months after the success of its world debut in MadridOCO, The show, premieres its show this time open to all audiences. The show returns strongly renewed, with new costume designs by designer Juana Martín and an immersive set design experience from the hand of plastic artist Lita Cabellut.

The most personal show by Pino Sagliocco (the person largely responsible for turning flamenco into a world art) left its mark on the capital and has decided to renew its proposal by converting to the iconic Estrella Morente a permanent member of its cast. The artist only offered one performance that managed to captivate the public, highlighting her performance as a substantial part of the show. Likewise, both Lita Cabellut and Juana Martín renew their commitment to Oco, The Show. Cabellut, an internationally renowned multidisciplinary artist, has devised the audiovisual creativity of the show through more than twenty works of video art that will be projected on a large scale during the show. In addition, she is in charge of all the decoration of the Ibercaja Delicias Space Cabaret Theatermaking the show an immersive experience.

For her part, Juana Martín, the first Spanish designer to have shown at Paris Haute Couture Week, once again designed the cast’s costumes, leaving the entire audience speechless with her flamenco-rock proposal.

In the words of Pino Sagliocco for those who still do not know what OCO is: “It is an entity that defies description and words, a fusion of souls that has grown through the love of a united family. It is a fantasy that has taken flight and has transcended the boundaries of conventional music. Although its essence is indescribable, it represents an unstoppable force that changes the perspective of what is possible in music and life. OCO is a journey towards understanding and connection, a platform for creativity and expression. It is more than an experience, it is a state of being that invites you to explore the depths and find the light. Ultimately, OCO is love: love of music, art, self, others, and life. It is a reminder that love is the only thing that really matters.” With the great reception that the UMusic Hotel Teatro Albéniz received last April, the production is betting this time on the Espacio Ibercaja Delicias. In its previous step, the show offered iconic moments such as the brilliant interpretation of Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah by Estrella Morente, or the hypnotic flamenco solos of high technical skill by Belén López. Both were stellar moments that brought the audience to their feet and paralyzed the scene for almost two minutes of applause.

In music, they are 23 artists who dominate the stage by mixing the two opposing styles that become one through the exchange of forces. The flamenco poster stands out for the presence of singers Aroa Fernández and Antonio Carbonell; the dancers Yiyo, Tete and Belén López. Meanwhile, rock comes from the hand of two emblematic figures of the Rolling Stones band: vocalist Bernard Fowler and saxophonist Tim Ries. And together they make artistic limits disappear by performing world-known melodies.

As a culmination, Rafa Zafra joins OCO as a flagship of gastronomy. Inspired by the fusion of international cuisine with Mediterranean food and its representative Andalusian tapas, Zafra has designed two tailor-made proposals before and after the show, which are presented in his pure style: el Food Truck. Thus, his personality gives the final nod to the most powerful and genuine rock.
