Not having received allegations to the “Resolution of the Rector of the University of Granada by which the provisional list of applications selected and excluded from the “Call for preparatory language courses for international mobility students of degree” is published”, it is resolved to publish the following definitive list of selected and excluded applications.
IMPORTANT: Once the groups are formed, the selected people must pay the amount corresponding to 50% of the total enrollment within the deadlines communicated by the Center for Modern Languages.
As contemplated in the announcement, the groups will be organized in a minimum of seven and a maximum of 12 students.
This resolution is motivated by the purpose of the call, the completion of an initial level language course coinciding with the official or instruction language of the destination university in which the applicant has an accepted place. This month-long language course will take place in the months of July, August and September 2023 at the Center for Modern Languages of the University of Granada.
The individualized amount of the aid, as contemplated in the aforementioned call, will be in kind and will cover 50% of the total registration price. The selected people must pay the remaining 50% of the total registration price of the awarded course (the total price of the course amounts to €225). The total of the aids will be imputed to the budgetary application of the 2023 annuity: 3023820000, 422D, 482.09.04. The University of Granada will pay the Center for Modern Languages the amount corresponding to 50% of the total tuition costs in accordance with the provisions of the “Framework for action for the formation of assignments to Training and Management of Granada SL, MP as the company’s own medium University of Granada», approved in the ordinary session of the Governing Council on May 3, 2021. Said payments are conditional on compliance with the requirements established in section 8 of the bases of the call and the justification of the subsidized activity according to section 3.5 « Justification, non-compliance and sanctioning regime» of the same. Failure to comply with the justification within the indicated period will result in the total or partial refund of the amounts received.
Against this resolution, which exhausts the administrative route under articles 84.1 of the University Statutes, whose publication was ordered by Decree 231/2011 of July 12 (BOJA nº 147, of July 28, 2011) and article 38.4 of Organic Law 2/2023, of March 22, of the University System, an appeal for replacement may be filed before the Magnificent Rector of the University of Granadawithin a month, from the day following its publication, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, or directly file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Granada, within a period of two months from the day following the date of publication of this resolution, as provided in articles 8.3 and 46.1 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction (BOE of July 14).
