Sultanate of Oman celebrates 51st National Day in tricolor Despite the ban on mobs in the Kovid background, the people took part in the celebrations out of patriotism and loyalty to the country.

Various celebrations were held in various governorates of Oman in accordance with the Kovid standards. Roads and buildings are decorated with national flags and colors. The lights were on in Ruwi, Matra, Al Quwain, Gubra, Gala and Asaiba. National Day was also celebrated in government and private institutions. Since people are not allowed to join the group, the celebrations are mostly held online, keeping in mind the social distance and the Kovid defenses. No extensive events were held in the schools as public events were banned. The expatriate community also joined in the festivities in solidarity with the country that provides the food.
