“Dear citizens,
Responding to the recent news, as well as complaints on the Internet, that the SRC, on behalf of customs intermediaries (brokers), collects money from goods refused by the state, I would like to inform you that customs intermediaries are not state bodies, but private, service-providing organizations, which are citizens’ X amount is charged for the service of acting on behalf of the customs authorities.
SRC does not have any authority to influence the price policy of individual businessmen, however, since the first day of the war, my personal request has been conveyed to the organizations providing the service of the customs intermediary, that if possible, the formulations of goods refused in favor of the state should be carried out free of charge.
Taking advantage of this opportunity, I would like to once again appeal to the customs intermediary organizations and once again request that the formalities in the procedure of waiver in favor of the state be done free of charge if possible.
