Bangladesh national cricket team’s practice has been closed for another day due to his conduct. Pakistan series practice started from Saturday. After one day of practice, Sunday’s was canceled considering the situation. The media department of Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has informed about the cancellation of the practice tomorrow (August 4) as well.
RisingBD was told from the media department, ‘Practice has been canceled on Monday as well as on Sunday. Further decision will be taken considering the situation.’
The cricketers are scheduled to leave Dhaka for Pakistan on August 16. Bangladesh will play the first Test in Rawalpindi on August 21 and the second Test in Karachi on August 30. Chandika Hathurusinghe and all the coaching staff have already returned to Dhaka in view of this series. The fitness test of the cricketers was done on Saturday morning.
Since then, practice has been scheduled but not due to rain. Cricketers spend time doing gym sessions.
Earlier, Bangladesh went to play a Test in Pakistan in 2020. Bangladesh’s success in 13 Tests so far against Pakistan is only one draw. The test draw was held in Khulna in 2015.
