In the Astrakhan region, on the Bolshaya Chernaya river, a motor boat “Kazanka” with three people on board overturned at night, one of them, according to preliminary data, drowned. This is reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region.
An emergency happened in the village of Razdor, Kamyzyaksky region, two passengers of the motorboat managed to get ashore.
Rescuers and technicians of the Russian system of emergency situations and the Ministry of Emergency Situations are working at the scene, the message says.
