The Bulgarian players recorded one victory, two draws and three defeats in the seventh round of the European Individual Classical Chess Championship for Women, which is being held on the island of Rhodes in Greece.

Beloslava Krasteva, who was in fifth place after the sixth round, suffered only her second defeat so far in the championship against the representative of Azerbaijan, Gunay Mamadzada, and occupies the 12th position in the provisional ranking with 5 points to her credit.

Antoineta Stefanova won in the seventh round over Monika Stojkovska from the Republic of North Macedonia and collected 3.5 points in 99th place.

Nadia Toncheva and Gergana Peycheva drew in their seventh round matches, respectively against the Polish Olivia Kiolbasa and the Armenian Elina Danielyan. Toncheva has 4.5 points in the 30th position, and Peycheva collected 4 points, which gives her 78th place.

Viktoria Radeva lost to Yulia Osmak (Ukraine) and remains in 66th place with 4 points, and Petya Karaivanova lost to Leyre Abrisketa Sudaire (Spain) and with 3 points in her assets occupies the 121st position.

The sole leader in the temporary ranking continues to be the Azerbaijani Ulvia Fataliyeva with 6.5 points.
