A team that includes ten players from Ireland, which has achieved the Grand Slam.
Ireland crushes everything in its path. First nation in the World Rugby ranking, it has – logically – achieved the Grand Slam this year to seize the Six Nations Tournament, the 22nd in its history. An undivided domination therefore, including on the typical team of the competition.
There are no less than ten Irish present in the XV of the 2023 Tournament. A front pack 100% XV of Clover, with the exception of Thibaud Flament. There are three French in this team. Elected best player of the tournament for the second year in a row, Antoine Dupont forms the hinge with Jonathan Sexton. Damian Penaud takes place on the right wing.
