UEMS (State University of Mato Grosso do Sul) in the Capital is open for registration for the Financial Education Project. There are 20 in-person vacancies, in addition to vacancies to follow remotely, which will be offered to both members of the internal and external community. Registration will be available until March 8th.

The Extension Project course is completely free and will be divided into modules, starting on Thursday, March 21st, on a fortnightly basis. The main objective is to help participants better plan their financial lives, learn how to avoid debt and help make their dreams come true without compromising their future budget.

Each module comprises two meetings, lasting two hours each (from 1pm to 3pm), and offers a certificate to participants. Registration is carried out per module, the first of which will cover “Introductory Financial Concepts”.

In this first module, issues such as knowledge of personal finances, the importance of financial organization, defining priorities, differentiating between consumption and progress, managing emotions related to finances, distinguishing between quality and standard of living, preparing a household budget, among others, will be discussed. other relevant topics.
