Oppo to Launch Find X10 Pro Max With 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro Processor

Oppo has announced that its upcoming Find X10 Pro Max smartphone will launch globally on October 21, featuring MediaTek’s new 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro processor and a Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit designed for the device.

OPPO positions its flagship device at the forefront of mobile processing and camera technology for the October 21 launch event.

MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro powers Oppo Find X10 Pro Max

Built on TSMC’s advanced 2nm N2P process, the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro delivers a generational leap in performance and power efficiency. Compared with previous-generation hardware, the processor achieves up to a 61% improvement in CPU multi-core energy efficiency. This reduction in power draw provides a stronger foundation for sustained flagship performance and heavy on-device workloads.

The processor continues MediaTek’s All-Big-Core architecture, pairing two 4.55GHz C2-Ultra cores with six performance cores. This configuration yields an overall 17% performance improvement.

Independent frequency control for each core allows for precise workload scheduling, helping the device balance high-end processing demands with power conservation.

Graphics capabilities are driven by the G2-Ultra NX GPU, which introduces enhanced ray tracing and neural graphics features. Under sustained heavy workloads, this graphics engine delivers approximately 27% higher performance to support detailed visuals and immersive gaming.

On-Device Artificial Intelligence and Laminar Flow Engine

Artificial intelligence processing receives an upgrade through a dual-NPU design that combines a high-performance NPU with a Super Efficient NPU. The high-performance component yields 51% faster LLM prefill performance, supporting large-model inference and computational imaging. Meanwhile, the Super Efficient NPU operates with 40% greater power efficiency, maintaining persistent AI capabilities at ultra-low power levels.

The Find X10 Pro Max also debuts the OPPO Laminar Flow Engine, developed jointly by OPPO and MediaTek. By restructuring the underlying rendering architecture and coordinating closely with system scheduling, the software balances system responsiveness with low power consumption while accelerating app launches and content loading during rapid photo browsing.

Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit Expands Optical Zoom Range

The Find X10 Pro Max supports an expansive Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit packaged in a large and heavy box. The kit includes six distinct items: a teleconverter lens, a MagSafe-enabled case, a lens mounting plate for the case, a carrying strap with quick-release clips, a carrying pouch, and a tripod collar. All items feature Hasselblad Orange accents, even on the interior of the case.

The MagSafe case can be used for daily carry because the lens-attachment plate is removable. When attached, however, the plate covers the other two non-zoom lenses on the device, leaving a dedicated zoom-only solution. The teleconverter lens itself features a grippy, matte-like texture achieved without visible knurling on the barrel. Operating as a 3.28x unit, it extends the phone’s native 3x zoom to just over 6x, translating to roughly 230mm in 35mm equivalent terms based on expected Chinese model specifications.
