Oppo will officially announce a global release for the Find N2 Flip in Barcelona

by time news

Last December, Oppo announced a new generation of its folding devices in the Find N series, and also stated in advance its intention to compete with Samsung head-to-head in the global markets. According to the latest reports, the Barcelona mobile exhibition, MWC 2023, will be the place where Oppo will first reveal the Find N2 Flip in a European edition, just before the official launch in the classic continent.

The European model of the Find N2 Flip is not fundamentally different from the one presented in China. It is a clamshell-shaped folding device, with an external screen measuring 3.26 inches and a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and an internal screen measuring 6.8 inches and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Baofo claims that the folding hinge they use already offers a feature that Samsung promises only for the next generation of its devices: a folding that does not create a crease in the screen.

The chipset of the Find N2 Flip is Dimensity 9000 Plus, with a working memory of 8 GB and a storage space of 256 GB. The photography setup will include a main camera with a 50 megapixel Sony sensor, a wide lens with an 8 megapixel sensor, and a selfie camera equipped with another Sony sensor with a resolution of 32 megapixels. The battery capacity is 4,300 mAh, with charging at a rate of up to 44 watts.

In the European edition, the device will come with the Android 13 operating system on which the ColorOS13 interface is installed, with a promise of no less than five years of updates after launch. If, along with the impressive specifications, Ofo succeeds in launching the device at a lower price than the Galaxy Z Flip 4, then this is a real declaration of war.
