Members of the OSCE monitoring mission arrived in Rostov-on-Don from Donbass. International observers settled in one of the hotels in the city.
As RG was informed in the border department of the FSB of Russia in the Rostov region, the OSCE members crossed the state border at the Matveev-Kurgan and Donetsk automobile checkpoints.
A total of 85 vehicles and 146 observers arrived in Rostov-on-Don.
Members of the monitoring mission passed PCR tests for coronavirus infection. Research results have not been reported.
