The graduate student from Austin, Minnesota, led the team to victory with notable individual results. He finished first in both the 200-meter breaststroke with a time of 2:02.19 and the 100-meter breaststroke in 54.92.Kelly also contributed to the team’s win in the 200-meter medley relay, solidifying his impact on the Jags’ success.
Otero Extends Award-Winning Streak
sebastian Otero continues to reign supreme in the diving events, earning his fifth #HLSD Diver of the Week award. The senior from Fishers, Indiana, delivered a strong performance in the dual meet against UIC, securing second place in both the 1-meter (327.98) and 3-meter (385.13) dives. This achievement marks his fourth consecutive week receiving the award and his fifth of the season. Remarkably, Otero now boasts an impressive 23 career #HLSD Diver of the Week awards, demonstrating consistent excellence throughout his collegiate career.
