South Indian star Anushka Shetty is coming to Malayalam with the film Ottakomban starring Suresh Gopi. Directed by debutant Mathew Thomas, the film features Suresh Gopi Palakkaran in the role of Achayan. Active presence in Telugu and Tamil films, Anushka Shetty is also well known in Malayalam for her powerful role as Devasena in Baahubali. After Baahubali 2, the bilingual film Bagamati also won many fans. Anushka Shetty is coming to the silver screen with the Telugu film Super directed by Puri Jagannath. Anushka plays an equal role opposite Suresh Gopi in Ottakomban.
The movie stars Biju Menon and Johnny Antony. Suresh Gopi’s look in the film was much noticed. Ottakomban is Suresh Gopi’s 250th film. The film is being made on a huge budget in many locations including abroad. Malaysia is one of the main locations of the film. The shooting is planned to begin after October.
