Today, Saturday, the Olympic team continued its technical preparations in preparation for facing its Japanese counterpart in the match that will be held next Monday at Jassim bin Hamad Stadium at 8:30 pm in the semi-finals of the Asian competitions qualifying for the Paris Olympics.

A statement by the Football Association, received by the (INA), stated that “the training took place in the presence of the President of the Iraqi Football Association, Adnan Darjal, the Federation member, head of the delegation, Ghanem Uraibi, and the members, Ghaleb Al-Zamili, Kovind Abdul Khaleq, Muhammad Nasser, and the Secretary-General, Muhammad Farhan.”
He added, “The training included recovery exercises for the players who participated in yesterday’s match against the Vietnamese team, which ended with our team’s victory (1-0), and the rest of the players performed the full training unit, which included a number of different playing situations.”
