Ozon has launched a showcase with apartments from the Kortros group of companies at the Ozon Services marketplace, the press service of the company told Vedomosti. At the first stage, consumers will have access to 30 apartments in business-class residential complexes Headliner, iLove and Bauman House located in Moscow. Their cost ranges from 18 to 46 million rubles.

The price of booking an apartment on Ozon will be 2% of its cost. This is where the marketplace will earn. In this case, the developer will take into account this amount as a deposit. Once booked, the deal will be closed directly from Kortros. It is noted that it is possible to purchase real estate with a mortgage under all the current conditions of the company.

Ozon and Kortros have created product cards optimized for home purchases. They include video reviews of apartments, panoramic shots and layouts. When making a reservation, customers will be able to contact the developer via an online chat in the product card. At the same time, the buyer will receive 25% of the booking cost as cashback in the form of Ozon points, which he can spend on the purchase of other goods in the marketplace.

“Development companies go beyond their market boundaries. Today, the task of developers is not just to sell an apartment, but to surround the buyer with services that will allow the company to obtain additional economic benefits. This has great prospects for the market, especially in a highly competitive environment, ”said Stanislav Kiselev, General Director of Kortros.

It is noted that thanks to the project, the developer will gain access to the loyal Ozon audience. According to the marketplace, more than 80 million users visit it every month, most of whom have medium to high income levels.

The Kortros group of companies is 49% owned by Viktor Vekselberg’s Renova, according to SPARK-Interfax data. Another 25.9% is owned by Kompleksprom, and 25.1% is owned by the Cyprus Tonston Investments.
