Kottayam: The crime branch raided the house of former Poonjar MLA PC George and his son Shaun George in Erathupetta. Kottayam Crime Branch is conducting the investigation under the leadership of DySP. It is indicated that the raid is related to the case of assault on the actress.
Sources in the crime branch say that the raid is related to the deal Shaun George made with actor Dileep’s brother, the accused in the case of assaulting the actress.
The crime branch has received some information from the phone of Dileep’s brother Anup, who was arrested in the conspiracy case related to the attack on the actress. A WhatsApp group and its chats were under investigation. Shawn George had visited Dileep in jail. All this is based on Raid.
Crime branch sources also say that a WhatsApp group with fake profiles of actress Manju Warrier, DGP B. Sandhya and others was found on Dileep’s brother’s phone.
