Pennsylvania Man Arrested in Florida for Alleged violent Attack on Ex-Girlfriend

A Pennsylvania man is facing multiple charges after allegedly ambushing, assaulting, and terrorizing his former girlfriend in North Miami Beach, Florida, on July 24. The attack unfolded after the victim fled pennsylvania upon discovering her ex-partner was married.
Finding and Flight to Florida
The victim reportedly ended her relationship with Uladzimir Aliakseyeu, 35, of Richboro, Pennsylvania, after learning he was already married. Prompted by this revelation, she relocated to North Miami Beach seeking safety and a fresh start. Though, Aliakseyeu allegedly followed her, culminating in a brutal assault.
The July 24 Attack
according to local authorities and reports from WPLG, Aliakseyeu parked a black BMW SUV outside the victim’s new residence and texted her to come outside. Once she complied,he allegedly brandished a knife,threatening to kill her and dispose of her body in “the ocean.” As she fought back, the situation escalated.
The suspect allegedly slashed her forearm, applied pressure to her throat, and used electric clippers to forcibly shave portions of her hair, according to a police report.He then repeatedly struck her with his fists before she managed to escape and seek help.
Arrest and Charges
Uladzimir Aliakseyeu was apprehended on Wednesday after arriving at a downtown Miami courtroom for a separate domestic violence injunction hearing, civil records indicate. He is now facing a series of serious charges, including:
- Aggravated battery with a deadly weapon
- Aggravated assault
- False imprisonment with a deadly weapon
- Domestic battery by strangulation
- Assault and battery
Aliakseyeu is currently being held on a $16,000 bond. The case highlights the dangers of domestic violence and the lengths to which an abuser may go to exert control and inflict harm.
