The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced this evening (Tuesday) that a 14-year-old boy was shot dead by IDF forces in the village of al-Khader, near Bethlehem. He was reportedly shot while the force tried to arrest him. According to the ministry, the boy is Muhammad Shehadeh.
An IDF spokesman said: “The fighters fired at one of the suspects while he was throwing a Molotov cocktail and hit him. “IDF fighters gave him initial medical treatment on the spot and his death was later determined.”
A military source responded to the incident, saying that “it is a squad of three terrorists.” According to him, this is the seventh time in the last month that they have been throwing Molotov cocktails at Israeli vehicles on Road 60. ”
