PAOK is‌ scouring the European market for a defensive midfielder, as the “Double-Headed Eagle of​ the North” has definitively ruled out the possibility of signing⁣ Swaliou Meité.

Recent reports ⁤suggest ‍that the Thessaloniki club has set its ‍sights on Tiemoué Bakayoko, a player‍ with experience at the highest⁤ level. The ⁤29-year-old Frenchman played last season ‍in France’s Ligue 1 with Lorient, making 21 appearances, ⁢scoring two goals and providing one ​assist.
