BoShah Rukh Khan’s ‘Pathan’ is one of the most anticipated films of Lewood. It is estimated that the film will be an asset for Bollywood, which is recovering from continuous failures. After a gap of four years, ‘Pathanu’ is the film that Shah Rukh Khan will be playing as the lead. But the film, which comes with a lot of expectations, has already raised calls for a boycott. That too in the name of the first song of the film.

The song ‘Besharam Rang’ from the film was released two days ago. The audience had accepted the song with Deepika in a glamorous look. Deepika is wearing a saffron colored bikini for a part of the song. Part of it was to piss people off. On this occasion, reports are also coming out that Shah Rukh Khan’s effigy was burnt in protest.

Times Now reports that the Kolam was burnt by members of an organization called Veer Shivaji. Videos of this are also circulating on Twitter pages. And Boycott Pathan campaigns. The song hurts the sentiments of Hindus and they are demanding that the film should not be released.

Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra had accused the movie ‘Pathan’ of being flawed and based on a toxic mindset. The lyrics of the song ‘Besharam Rang’, the saffron and green clothes worn in the song need to be changed. The minister had also said that the government will have to consider whether to screen the film in Madhya Pradesh or not.
