The Emmy-winning series follows an Mossad agent in Iran, taking place in another country that is not only not Israel – but it is hostile and not worth visiting (to say the least). The series is suspenseful and full of action, sweeping and putting us in a mood. By the way, you probably will not be surprised to find out that she was not really photographed in Iran …

Fauda
Although most of the series’ plot takes place here in Israel, in the third season of the series, a large part of it takes place inside Gaza (but it was not really filmed there either, yes?). In the fourth season of the series (which will only air in the summer) the undercover gang really travels abroad and begins an adventure we have not seen to date.

Island
Although in this case it is not abroad in the classical sense of the word, because the series does not take place anywhere we know … but there is no doubt that this series does not take place in the country. On Earth after the fall of an asteroid.

For her flying heroes
Another series that took place (and for a change was also filmed) abroad is “For Her Flying Heroes”, which also won several international awards. A special and different connection with each of them – so it’s important for everyone to find her.The group flies to South America to look for her, and we get a particularly suspenseful series.
