An appeal was filed in the Madras High Court by party’s interim general secretary Edappadi Palaniswami seeking removal of the seal placed on the AIADMK head office.
Panneerselvam and Edappadi Palaniswami supporters clashed in front of AIADMK headquarters yesterday. Due to this, the revenue department sealed the AIADMK office citing law and order problem.
Senior advocate Vijay Narayan, on behalf of AIADMK Acting General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami, appealed before Judge Satish Kumar in the Madras High Court that he is going to file a petition seeking an order to remove the seal placed on the AIADMK office and that petition should be heard as an urgent case this afternoon.
Hearing this, Justice Satish Kumar said that if the petition is filed, it will be taken up for hearing tomorrow.
