Mumbai: The court rejected the plea of another daughter of Indrani Mukherjee, who is on bail in the murder case, to be allowed to stay with her. Indrani is currently on bail in the case of murdering her daughter Sheena Bora. Katti’s daughter Vidhi Mukherjee filed a petition in the special CBI court to be allowed to live with her mother.
Vidhi will return to Mumbai on September 10 after years abroad. Then in the application, he wanted to be allowed to live with his mother. It is reported that the daughter may prepare to file an appeal in the Bombay High Court as the verdict is against her.
Vidhi Mukherjee has been recorded as a prosecution witness. Their statements have not yet been verified.
