As a housewife who is completely turning her life upside down, Rose Byrne (44) became one of the early cult stars on Apple’s streaming platform. Now the self-made TV fitness star is doing his last squats. After this third season, the comedy series ends.
Story: It’s 1984 and America has fitness fever. Sheila Rubin (Byrne) is at the forefront of gymnastics with her daily aerobics show on a local station in San Diego, California. But in a country where there is no silver cup for the second, the competition never sleeps. In addition, Sheila has other concerns:
► Ex-husband Danny (Rory Scovel, 42) has moved out, but does not let go. The separation threatens to get dirty.
► Her friend and business partner Greta (Dierdre Friel, 42) meanwhile wants to advertise cookies because of the dear money and even have them photographed in sexy outfits.
The fitness queen has to make decisions about a few fundamental things in her life…

In Sheila Rubin, Rose Byrne has not only created a hilarious protagonist, but also one of real strength. It’s a shame that the series is coming to an end, it’s wonderful that “Physical” was able to keep its quality until the end.
Conclusion: “ Physical‘ is coming to an end after three seasons and we say goodbye to one of the most wonderful figures in the still young history of streaming. Rose Byrne is to die for.
