The Civil Police temporarily arrested Hozana Soares de Almeida Carmelino, 22 years old, known as the muse of the rolê, suspected of involvement in a gang specializing in kidnappings and Pix scams in Suzano, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo.
According to reporter Lívia Zuccaro, from Record TVthe last crime in which the young woman was involved took place in the same municipality in early January, where the suspect tried to pass herself off as a victim.
On the occasion, Hozana attracted young people to a funk party where some of his cronies were preparing to set up an ambush for the group.
Victims were kidnapped and taken into captivity, where they were held hostage and forced to make bank transfers via Pix, until police officers were able to locate the property and release them.
When the teams arrived, the suspect was in captivity with two other members of the group, holding the victims hostage.
With the explosion of the place, Hozana hid in one of the rooms and, when found, pretended to be one of the victims of the kidnapped. She even gave testimony and claimed she was kidnapped.
However, during investigations, the Civil Police managed to survey the young people’s social networks and discover several videos in which the suspect appears with several cell phones and luxury motorcycles at funk parties.
With the information, the agents complied with the request for temporary arrest against Hozana.
The police also stated that the suspect even threatened the real victims, coercing them not to denounce her and confirm her version. The suspect was forwarded to the Suzano Police Station, which is investigating the case.
