The police have started a preliminary investigation into kidnapping after a teenage girl disappeared in Mark’s municipality, reports Mark-Posten.

The girl, who is in her early teens, was reported missing last week. According to the police, who have now released a picture of the girl, she was last seen at 2:30 p.m. last Thursday.
Since new information has come to light, the police have made a new assessment and classify the incident as suspected kidnapping.
“This as it cannot currently be ruled out that there is a crime behind the disappearance,” the police write on their website.
