The police had a big operation in Borås on Saturday evening.
A woman is said to have been badly beaten outside, at Sjöbo square.
The alarm came in at 8:44 p.m
– A woman has been stabbed, but she does not have life-threatening injuries, says Sebastian Börjesson at police region West.
The police say to the GP that the woman was injured in the leg.
Parts of Sjöbo square were blocked off and several police cars were on site during the evening, according to Borås newspaper.
An arrested
At 10 p.m. the police were still at the scene. At that time, no one had been arrested
At 01 in the morning it was announced that a person had been arrested on suspicion of serious assault. It must be a man in his 20s.
It is still unclear if the suspect man and woman have any relationship to each other.
