Policeman accused to settle mango theft case – PV Shihab Policeman stole mangos | Manorama Online

Kottayam – The case of mango theft in Kanjirapalli, in which the policeman was accused, has been settled. The complainant said that he was not interested in proceeding with the case. An application was filed in the Kanjirapally court in this regard. Judgment will be tomorrow. In the incident, civil police officer of Idukki AR camp P.V. Shihab was suspended.

Shihab stole mangoes from a fruit shop in Kanjirapalli on 30th of last month. Shihab stole 10 kg of mangoes, which were brought down for sale and cost Rs 600 per kg. When the CCTV footage of the incident came out, Shihab went on the run.
