This Saturday (25), the Denúncia Dial released a poster asking for information about the third party involved in the death of two military personnel in São Pedro da Aldeia, in the Lagos region of Rio de Janeiro.
This week, the Civil Police completed the investigation into the case and carried out the preventive arrest order (with no deadline) against two military police officers accused qualified double homicide, destruction of corpses and procedural fraud.
The police are still looking for Luiz Marcelo Amorim Trindade, 43 years old, who is the cousin of one of the PMs and had his arrest ordered by the 2nd Criminal Court of São Pedro da Aldeia. He was considered a fugitive from justice.
The bodies of Navy sergeant Sidney Lins dos Santos Junior and Army sergeant Júlio Cesar Mikaloski were found charred inside a burning car. According to the police, the soldiers were murdered on the way out of a nightclub, because of an argument, in December last year.
The investigation also identified conversations between one of the nightclub owners and one of the police officers involved in the crime. In addition, bloodstains were located in the nightclub, including on a broom. With this, those responsible for the establishment will respond for procedural fraud.
